Team building events are about more than just running around on the beach or in a field, playing games and laughing as people fall over each other. This company chose to have their team bond over something different, more meaningful: helping those in need.
In Orlando, Tampa Bay, Phoenix and Chicago, over 250 employees went to work making meals for people in need. Packages containing soy, rice, vegetables and vitamins were packed and sealed, ready to be used in case of emergency or natural disaster. Over 100,000 meals were made in a single day, and this company made 1 MILLION meals in total.
