At Feet First we always jump at the chance to share what we’ve learned and what we can offer. To that end, we were happy to represent Southern California team building at the most recent meeting of the worldwide Destination Management Conglomerate, SITE.
In this instance, we got to do a bit of both: Our VP Warren Press was invited to participate in a panel on the benefits of team building, and afterwards we were able to share some of our favorite activities with attendees.
In this case we brought our bucket of LEGOs, which goes down well regardless of your age. The endless possibilities for creation with LEGOs allows our LEGO team building challenges to be extremely versatile… and always a lot of fun.
Each individual event is different, but the general idea is that each group receives a unique set of Legos (generally of different sizes), and is then challenged to replicate an object, logo, or landmark that they’re familiar with.
