Last month Feet First team had a chance to organize team building event for United Airlines’ 2017 Global Leadership Conference in Chicago. The activity was noticed and published by Crain Communications Inc.
Companies executives gathered and had to cover their heads in citrus-colored bandanas. Attendees were engaged in motivational dancing and competitive cup-stacking while packing 285,000 meals in three hours through United’s team-building event for the nonprofit Rise Against Hunger. According to the participants, the event was not only a feel-good experience but also fun.
Feet First co-founder Kevin Cloutier said that term ‘team-building’ not always attracts people to come, but Feet First approach is to focus on “reconnecting” on the interpersonal level and playing. According to Kevin, just two hours out of the office with a colleague laughing might completely change your attitude towards the person.
