Summer Teambuilding 2015

Teams work together throughout the year but during the summertime in Southern California and the Bay Area our team building clients get to take advantage of the beautiful weather and surroundings as they make their way through the day’s activities. We’ve got some favorite locations that we we’re happy to suggest, but ultimately the choice of venue is theirs. From the beach, to the city center, to the conference room, from scavenger hunts, to water balloons, to legos, we’re happy to bring constructive, summer fun to our clients throughout California.

One of our most popular locations for San Diego clients is the Gaslamp District. Below a client is participating in one of the customized challenges of our Amazing Race team building event:

Each team was provided with their building materials (remember tinker toys?)…

And the tallest structure wins. You might be surprised at how challenging this can be!

Our USC Marshall School of Business graduate students were able to take full advantage of the heat with the Water Balloon Challenge as they participated in our “Survivor Games” team building exercise to get to know their student cohort.

Many of our clients choose to participate in our charitable team building programs. Below, team members participate in a number of fun (and sometimes just a little ridiculous) challenges with the ultimate goal of building bikes that will be handed over to the Boys and Girls Club of America.

At the end of the day the extra payoff in these events is to be able to give something away that will bring a good deal of happiness to others:

This last group took part in our “Survivor Games” in a quintessential San Diego setting on a beautiful Summer day:

Ultimately, we’ve been having a great time bringing teams closer together over these last few months. We’re always happy to find new friends to head out and “play” with!
